Notary Fees for 2024

Notary fees in Israel are regulated by law. The fees are usually updated once a year on January 1st.

For your convenience, below is a partial list of the 2024 fees for the most common notary authorizations: 

Verification of a Signature

(a) Single affiant – NIS 186.

(b) Any additional signature on the same document – NIS 73.

Authorization of a Certified Copy 

(a) For the first page of the document – NIS 73 and each additional page – NIS 13. 

(b) Certification of an additional copy of the document – NIS 25 for the first page and NIS 13 for each additional page. 

Notarized Certification for the Accuracy of the Translation

(a) For the first 100 words, or any part thereof – NIS 236. 

(b) For every additional 100 words until 1,000 words, or any part thereof – NIS 186. 

(c) For every additional 100 words after 1,000 words, or any part thereof – NIS 93.

Each additional certification of the same translation – NIS 73. 

Notarized Certification of a Will 

(a) First signer – NIS 277. 

(b) Second signer – NIS 138. 

Verifying a Prenuptial Agreement

(a) Signature on the first document by an individual – 420 ILS.

(b) Verification of additional copies of the same agreement – 70 ILS per copy.

(c) Verification of a prenuptial agreement involving translation – an addition of half the translation certification fee stated above, according to the number of words in the document.
