Sagy Pardo, Adv.
Sagy Pardo received his LL.B from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude) and also a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law - LL.M (magna cum laude) in the Executive International Master’s Program of the Tel Aviv University School of Law, in collaboration with U.C. Berkeley, Boalt School of Law. Sagy is a well-seasoned attorney with years of experience. Sagy’s practice covers commercial and civil litigation and administration proceedings before all relevant judicial instances, including arbitration, mediation and court-mandated mediation. Sagy also specializes in corporate law, contract law, employment law, property and real estate law and international law. Sagy has led high-profiled cases locally and internationally and has represented top-tiered clients, such as international media and entertainment conglomerates, pharmaceutical companies, daily newspapers, automobile importers, infrastructure contractors, builder and contractor unions, and more.
Jennifer Pardo, Adv.
Jennifer Pardo is a native New Yorker who received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy, Political Science and Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton (cum laude). She also holds an LL.B from Shaarei Mishpat Law School (graduating with distinction) and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law - LL.M (magna cum laude) in the Executive International Master’s Program of the Tel Aviv University School of Law, in collaboration with U.C. Berkeley, Boalt School of Law. Jennifer’s practice covers corporate law, corporate financing, commercial transactions, intellectual property, entertainment law, employment law and more. Jennifer represents entertainment companies and technology based companies, and provides legal counsel in all stages of growth, from inception through maturity. Jennifer has experience in closely working with these companies and their founders while accentuating the business aspects and helping and facilitating the company’s goals.
