We provide notary services to our clients in the most professional and proficient manner possible.
We certify various documents as may be required and we also translate documents and certificates (including, marriage certificates, birth certificates, divorce certificates, death certificates, diplomas, wills and other inheritance documents and more).
Please note that in Israel, a “certified” translation can only be authorized by a notary, as set out by law.
As notaries, we can also certify documents, which basically means that we can approve that a copy of a document is a true copy of the original document.
We also authorize and approve signatures. According to the law, certain documents, for example, certain powers of attorney (usually real estate related but not always) and other documents must be signed before a notary. Since these types of documents must be signed before a notary, the signing party must be present at our office. In certain cases, for example, for persons with disabilities, the elderly, individuals who are hospitalized, we will facilitate and assist the client and go to his or her home instead.
